Adobe release a project called “Alchemy”, this tool allow that the programming created on C or C++ could be compiled with Actionscript Virtual Machine 2 (AVM2). What this means? it means that if you got any program developed with C or C++ it could be compile to run as a swf or as a swc on Flash Player 10 or Adobe AIR 1.5. Very nice… Don’t you think so?! Yeesss… is already out the latest release of Adobe AIR runtime environment the 1.5 this one is the latest one since his release on February 25 2008. This update includes the support of Adobe Flash Player 10, encryption of local databases and a Web Kit update. Adobe Flash CS4 Professional, Flex Builder 3, Dreamweaver CS4, and Aptana Studio authoring tools have also been updated to support AIR runtime.
